Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zoë Ltd. 

  • Ready to Wear Dresses:
    • WE OFFER FREE STANDARD SHIPPING, ALL THE TIME.
      The estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout. Please note checkout options do not take into account business hours.
    • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. The factory hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm EST.
    • Expedited shipping deadlines must be ordered before 12pm EST. 
    • All items marked “Final Sale” are final sale and can not be returned. If accidentally returned, they will not be returned to the customer, and you will not receive a refund. Final sale items are sold “as is” and do not receive a store credit or refund. 
    • Special orders have a two month lead time and are final sale. 
    • We do not offer exchanges. 
  • International Orders
    • Free shipping is not valid on international orders. The shipping options for international orders will appear at checkout.
    • International customers are responsible for duty fees and return shipping.  
    • White Label Collection:
      • Free shipping is not included in the White Label Collection. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. 
      • Semi Custom Gowns:
        • Free shipping is not included in the semi custom gown collection.
        • Semi custom gowns are final sale as they are made special for you. 
        • Custom By Zoe:
          • Custom by Zoe does not offer free shipping.
          • All Custom by Zoe gowns are final sale as they are made special for you.

        Store credits / gift cards do not expire and are a one time use. All orders placed using a store credit / gift card are final sale. 

        Regarding sales: We will gladly issue the price difference in original form of payment, as long as: your order was placed within 2 days of the item(s) going on sale and you purchased the item(s) at the original price. We cannot offer further markdowns on sale merchandise.

        We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

        Discount code "THANKFUL" and "HEARTFINALSALE" is final sale and can not be returned. There are no exceptions.
